02, Cancellation Policy
Online reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.

If a customer fails to show up for their reserved time without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

03, Early Departure
If a customer chooses to leave before the end of their paid time, they will be refunded for the unused portion of the booking.

04, Full Usage
Once the booked duration is fully used, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

05, Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business hours to the original method of payment.

06, Booking Modifications
Any changes to bookings (such as rescheduling) must also be made at least 2 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
